99% of our cooking is naturally gluten‑free and MSG‑free, but some manufactured ingredients may contain traces. If you need your meal completely free from gluten and/or MSG, just let our front‑of‑house team know — we’re happy to cater for you.

Dairy

We don’t use dairy products in our cooking. Free‑range eggs are available as an optional addition for certain dishes.
