Would you believe, these were the sauce that Tan has made in 2012 and we still got them! They were not the very first batch, but they were the very first year when ATAN has started.

The recipe has changed from time to time for the improvement but the core ingredients are still remain the same. We still use fresh garlic, fresh ginger and fresh lemon or lime or sometimes both juice. Oh yeah, we sqeeze it all by ourselves, no shortcut! The only shortcut we have is that we now have a better machine to sqeeze it. Not mentioning it is being electric lol.
